Every piece is made to order and takes up to 2 weeks to be ready for shipping. The production of an item begins only after a confirmed order is received in order to eliminate as much waste as possible. If you would like to receive your order earlier, please let us know on email@example.com.
We process and ship orders from Beirut, Lebanon, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4PM (Eastern European Time) will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, a tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your parcel.

We work with Aramex for domestic and international shipping.

The shipping cost for international shipping will be calculated at checkout, once you enter the shipping address.
P.O boxes are not accepted.

TALAR MANOUKIAN is not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes on international shipments. To avoid any complications, please check with your local customs for rules that may apply to you.
TALAR MANOUKIAN is not responsible for any international shipping delay caused by the customs clearance process.
In the event that the shipment is lost or not received and held at customs, it will be returned to our warehouse and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days, deducting the original shipping and return shipping charges that could vary from country to country.
We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
Once you've received an e-mail confirming that your shipment has been dispatched, then you can no longer cancel of introduce changes to your order. In the event of cancellation, we will refund you the full amount paid.
Before acknowledging receipt of the package, kindly check that it has not been opened or damaged in transit (e.g. broken tapes securing the package).
If the packaging of the parcel indicates its damage or an earlier opening, you are entitled to refuse to collect the parcel, and if possible - in the presence of the courier to draw up a damage report - immediately notify us so that we can refund you the amount paid, deducting the shipping fees.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or refunds on any of our items. For hygiene reasons we can not accept exchanges on earrings. To request an exchange or to claim a defected piece, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from the day you receive your purchased product.
Discounted items, or altered/personalized items are not eligible for exchange. Items can be exchanged if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped and kept in their original packaging. Exchanges that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The exchange shipment cost and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer.
